KS3-KS5 workshop

Rewriting the Rulebook

Our interactive workshop helps students
redefine masculinity in positive & inclusive ways

Through guided discussions and activities, participants will gain tools to understand and express emotions healthily, build stronger self-esteem, and foster supportive relationships.

With a 97% approval rating from teachers, this workshop is proven to make a lasting impact on students’ well-being and perspective on masculinity.

Led by a team of expert facilitators, our workshops are 100 minutes long, and can be delivered to single or mixed gender groups.

By the end of this workshop, students will:

  • Recognise the pressures and unspoken “rules” boys often feel they must follow, and how these can affect friendships, relationships, and school culture.

  • Reflect on their own experiences of gender expectations, and how these can shape wellbeing, relationships, and self expression.

  • Explore the limitations of rigid ideas about masculinity, while identifying positive qualities that can be expressed in healthier, more flexible ways.

  • Work together to imagine a “new rulebook” for masculinity that promotes respect, inclusion, and  wellbeing.

  • Commit to one practical action they can take to
challenge harmful stereotypes or support positive
    behaviour in everyday life.

"The students were incredibly engaged and spoke about the workshops the following day."
